Reservation Specialist

Responsible for providing personal, responsive and professional service to all guests when selling all aspects of guest reservations at the resort, including lodging, spa, gold and other amenities. Reservation Specialists also provide information, answer questions, handle complaints and assist guests regarding activities, reservations and general information with a golf of closing the sale or up-selling. Will also perform hotel front desk duties as necessary. Skills needed:

• Personable and outgoing individual
• Accuracy and great attention to detail
• Able to multitask
• Honest and reliable
• Efficiently learn resort reservation system and call center procedures
• Basic computer skills

Work Experience: At least 2 years of service experience required. Some college preferred.

Resort-Wide Housekeeper

Responsible for ensuring all facilities are in compliance with cleanliness, productivity, guest satisfaction, and efficiency set by the resort. Some weekends and holidays are required. Skills need include:

• Positive attitude
• Attention to detail
• Honest and reliable
• Some lifting (light)
• Exhibit enthusiasm for your position and the resort

Work Experience: Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience preferred

Licensed Massage Therapist: female- Part Time and Occasional

Lakeview Spa Massage Therapists administers professional massage and body treatments to our guests. Applicant must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities. Other skills needed include:

• Hold and Maintain Illinois license
• Excellent communication skills
• Effectively provide wellness solutions to our resort guest

Work Experience: 6 months preferred

Licensed Nail Technician - Part Time and Occasional

Lakeview Spa Nail technicians administer professional nail, hand and foot treatments to our guests. They must have a thorough knowledge of the nails including a basic knowledge of hand and foot massage techniques and a neat application of polish. Other skills needed include:

• Hold and Maintain Illinois license
• Excellent communication skills
• Effectively provide wellness solutions to our resort guest

Work Experience: 6 months preferred

Licensed Cosmetologist - Part time and Occasional

Lakeview Spa Cosmetologists administer professional cuts, styles, chemical services and therapeutic hair and scalp treatments, professional facials, waxing services and body wraps to our guests. They must have a thorough knowledge of current hairstyles and hair trends, possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in our spa's specific hair, skin and scalp service offerings. Other skills needed include:

• Hold and Maintain Illinois license
• Excellent communication skills
• Effectively provide wellness solutions to our resort guest

Work Experience: 6 months preferred
